According to reports, a massive broke out at the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland on Friday. This is the second fire to have occurred at the site in the last four years.

The neighbouring buildings have been evacuated. Over 100 firefighters have been deployed to contain and extinguish the fire. No casualties have been reported so far;more details are awaited.
"Devastated that a major fire has broken out at the Glasgow School of Art tonight," Shadow Scottish minister Paul Sweeney tweeted, calling the Mackintosh "the most architecturally important building in Glasgow."
The Scottish fire and rescue service said the call about the fire came in at 11:19 pm Friday local time and that there were no immediate reports of casualties.

The art building battled a fire in May 2014. It was slated to re-open in 2019 after restoration.
The building was designed by artist and architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh and built between 1897 and 1909.
