PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif meets with his brother and former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Adiala Jail.
Pakistani media reports said their meeting lasted about half an hour, and that the two discussed the post-election scenario. Imran Khan's PTI is expected to win the election.

PTI spokesman Naeemul Haq speaks to the press, says Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party is "Pakistan's greatest political power". He adds the PTI will form not only the federal government and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government (where it was already in power) but also the Punjab government.

PTI chief Imran Khan has also won the Islamabad 2 seat with 92,891 votes beating former Pakistan PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi who won 44,314 votes.
Imran is fighting from three other seats - Bannu, Lahore and Karachi.

With over 47 per cent votes counted, Imran's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is leading in 113 seats with its nearest rival Sharif's Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz(PML-N) leading in 64 seats and Pakistan's People's Party(PPP) trailing far behind at 43.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement(MQM) is leading in 5 seats and Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) leading in 9 seats.

According to AFP, Gallup Pakistan estimated voter turnout between 50 to 55 per cent.
One of the main candidates in Pakistan's election, Shahbaz Sharif, rejected the results of the poll as counting was still underway, alleging "blatant" rigging.
"It's such a blatant rigging that everyone has started crying. Today what they have done has pushed Pakistan back 30 years... We reject this result," Shahbaz Sharif said.
