The high-profile summit between President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will take place in Singapore's Capella hotel on Sentosa Island.
The White House had said on Tuesday the meeting would take place at 9:00 am (0100 GMT).
The plush Capella hotel had earlier played host to pop star Madonna and Lady Gaga.
Preparation is underway in full swing in Singapore with Trump-Kim set to meet on June 12th. Trump said plans for the summit were "moving along very well."
"A lot of relationships being built, a lot of negotiations going on before the trip," Trump said. "We’ll see what happens. But it's very important – it'll be a very important couple of days."
Trump said the summit could result in North Korea agreeing to formally end the 1950 Korean war which ended in an uneasy truce, beyond that the Trump had said the world should not have too many expectations as one meeting would never really give tangible results.
Meanwhile, the Singapore government has put a security blanket around Sentosa and declared the US embassy and hotels, as a special zone from June 10 to 14. Sentosa island is a well known tourist attraction with beaches, casinos and world class golf courses, a pet passion of President Trump.
The island reportedly hosts plush houses and with wealthy residents making up the population.
