Dabholkar murder case: Accused Amol Kale sent to magistrate custody of 14 days

Amol Kale, an accused in Narendra Dabholkar murder case, has been sent to magistrate custody for 14 days, news agency ANI reported.
The court, on September 6, had granted CBI the custody of Amol Kale. He was in custody until September 14.
Amol Kale is the prime accused in journalist Gauri Lankesh murder case. The CBI suspects that Kale is also the mastermind of Dabholkar's killing, he said.

Another accused in the case, Sharad Kalaskar, was sent to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) custody on Monday by a Pune sessions court. Kalaskar will be in CBI custody until September 15.
The two other accused, Amit Degwekar and Rajesh Bangera, have been sent to magisterial custody, news agency ANI reported.
Narendra Dabholkar, a Maharashtra-based rationalist, was shot dead by two bike-borne assailants while returning home from a morning walk on August 20, 2013.
